Diet Adventure #2

Tomorrow I embark on a new adventure - taking dieting to another level! My daily food intake goal.

Calories: 1300-1400
Fat: 30-40 g
Carb: 160-170g
Protein: 100 g

6:00-1:00pm - oatmeal, bread, fruit, variety of protein sources
1:00-7:00pm - vegetables, variety of protein sources, olive oil, almonds
