Avoiding milk products because I am lactose intolerant is not an option anymore. I bought a box of these lactaid fast acting chewables and like magic, my problem is solved! Despite a bit of gas, no bloating and diarrhea. For those of you who are not familiar with lactose intolerance here it is: the inability or insufficient ability to digest lactose, a sugar found in milk and milk products
